Any subsequent activities either before, after or during the event are of your own consent and not included in the cost of admission or the liability of its owners, directors, staff, affiliates and parent companies collectively or the venue. You also agree that by attending the above mentioned event that you agree to the rules and regulations listed above and of the venue and above mentioned affiliates. This agreement shall be construed, governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with all Federal and State laws of the United States and the State of New York, and the parties consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of New York for any and all issues arising out of, or related to, the terms of this agreement or your attendance at the listed events. |
